Registration Guidelines for MICROCON-2026
General rules:
- All delegates attending the 49th Annual Congress of IAMM, MICROCON-2026 will need to register to pay full delegate fees as mentioned.
- Registration of conference is mandatory for all speakers.
- The registration form is to be duly filled through the given link and submitted.
- Forms without payment or with partial payment will not be processed and such delegates will not be considered to be registered.
- The registration fees for the Conference do not include the registration for the CMEs/Workshops.
- Registration for the Conference is mandatory for all participants attending the CMEs/Workshops.
- Delegates who are attending CMEs or workshops should pay the fees for the respective CMEs/Workshops.
- Registration for SAARC delegates would be at par with Indian delegates in INR.
- Delegate Fee of the conference or workshop does not include delegates expenses related to travel and stay during the conference/CMEs/Workshops.
- All conversion/remittance/bank charges/online transaction charges to be paid by the delegate.
- An acknowledgement will be sent within 24 hours of the registration.
- Registration fees are exempted for the President and all Executive Committee members of IAMM, winners of all four IAMM awards, past presidents of IAMM, IAMM and Student Symposium moderators and participants, as well as life members of IAMM who are above 65 years of age.
Delegate fee for PG Student pursuing MD Microbiology:
- PG Students must upload a covering letter from the Prof and Head of Department where the student is registered for postgraduate studies and is currently pursuing the same.
- Registrations without the accompanying letter from the HOD will be rejected by the Organizing committee.
Delegate fee for PhD Students currently enrolled in the PhD program:
- It is mandatory for the PhD students to upload a covering/permission letter from their Head of Department (HOD) or PhD Guide.
- PhD students must register under the "Non-IAMM Members - Delegate category" provided for PhD students/Post-PhD candidates.
Delegate fee for Post-PhDs candidates
- Post-PhD candidates must register under the "Non-IAMM Members - Delegate category" provided for PhD students/Post-PhD candidates.
Accompanying person:
- Registration is mandatory for accompanying person(s) above 12 years
- Accompanying person fees include attendance at the Lunch and Tea/Coffee sessions as planned during the Conference (does not include Banquet)
- Accompanying persons will not receive a delegate bag/Souvenir/Certificate.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- 20% Admin charges will be deducted if cancellation is done before 15th October 2026.
- Cancellations after 15th October 2026 will not be refunded.
- No refund or cancellation is applicable for Pre-Conference workshops and CMEs.
- For refund of the registration amount, the delegate should place a written request by mail with complete details of payment & registration.
- Payment shall be refunded one month after the conference to the account from which the booking transaction took place.
