3. Event Changes and Cancellation

• We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or format without prior notice.
• In case of event cancellation, postponement, or significant change, our Refund Policy will apply.

Attendees must not engage in:

• Disruptive conduct during sessions or activities
• Unauthorized commercial activity or solicitation

Violation may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5. Media and Photography

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. We may use these materials for promotional purposes across our websites, social media, and other channels.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the event.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

• Attendance is at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property during the event.
• While we aim to deliver high-quality content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or benefits from attending.

7. Intellectual Property

All event content (presentations, materials, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or sell event materials without prior written consent.
